OUR ORGANISATION
All of our personnel are selected at director level to ensure alignment in our commitment to offering a complete service to the end client. We are a fast-evolving company with dedicated onshore and offshore personnel. Additionally we have a supply of subcontract personnel whom we have used regularly over a number of years to provide additional capacity when required.
Tree Nation
As an organisation we are conscious to be more environmentally responsible and want to reduce waste, help offset CO₂ emissions and fight climate in change in any way we can. Part of this plan is donating to tree planting and growing our own Clearwater Forest.
Health and Safety
Clearwater is committed to a proactive approach to health, safety, and environmental stewardship in all our operations. We take pride in our exemplary safety record, having recorded zero Lost Time Accidents (LTAs) or Lost Time Injuries (LTIs) since our inception. This achievement is the result of our strict adherence to legislative requirements and the promotion of best practice techniques across our business and workforce. Additionally, Clearwater is accredited by Safe Contractor, reflecting our commitment to maintaining the highest safety standards.
Training
Investing in the development of our staff through specialist training programs underscores our commitment to both our clients and our future success. This dedication has fuelled our continuous growth and enabled Clearwater to broaden our range of services.
Our electrical team is COMPEX trained and holds the necessary offshore certifications for deployment in the UK and internationally, including BOSIET, MIST, and Medical.
Additionally we have supervisors who hold SMSTS accreditation, which allows us to work as a Principal Contractor.

Facilities
Clearwater operates from a state-of-the-art, purpose-built 2,500 sq ft facility in Aberdeen, UK. This includes ample storage space above the main office and meeting rooms, a 1,500 sq ft lay-down area, and a fully equipped workshop. Our workshop is outfitted with the necessary equipment to undertake the repair and refurbishment of all types of electrical and heating equipment.

Clearwater’s design team conducts thorough surveys of your existing installations. We engage in detailed discussions with you to develop proposed drawings for your new installation, ensuring it meets all your needs. We are also capable of working with and modifying your existing diagrams.
Throughout the design and planning process, we collaborate closely with clients to ensure the installation aligns with their requirements. We remain flexible, making necessary modifications until the client is fully satisfied with the functionality and suitability of the design.
